I’m totally in love with the Peacock Hook Pillows from Peking Handicraft! They’re stunning and look fantastic on my couches! They go so well with my blue and white porcelain vases. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Big thanks! I gotta say, I was pretty nervous about buying from unbeatablesale.com after seeing a bunch of negative reviews. But then I spotted one of these pillows at the Art Museum in Portland and just had to get them. I needed four, but the museum only had one. Luckily, I found them for half the price at unbeatablesale.com and decided to take a leap of faith. They came straight from Peking Handicraft in San Francisco, were packed really well, and to my surprise, they shipped via FedEx in just two days! So, my whole experience was just perfect! I placed an order for an 'Acme Furniture Industry Jae End Table' through Walmart.com. The package showed up ahead of schedule, but instead of the table, I received a watch. I reached out to them via Walmart and was informed that I needed to print a label and either drop it off at FedEx or hand it to a driver. So, I’m left to sort out their mess. When I inquired about getting my table shipped quickly since I’ve already been waiting a week, their reply was, 'We don’t do exchanges.' Seriously? This isn’t an exchange! And don’t even get me started on Walmart – they’re completely MIA, which is no shocker.

I got a used tree stand and now they won’t give me my money back!! The packaging was all torn up! The price tag was missing!! The customer service folks are SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! They just hang up when you ask for a manager! A lot of them DON’T even speak or understand English!! I’m definitely never shopping with this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do it either! They’re total scammers & frauds!!

I ordered 9 puzzles but only got 1. After reaching out, they said they were checking with the warehouse. Within a day, I sent them photos of what I received. They promised to send the remaining 8 items. It's been over a week since I got the first one, and almost a week since they said I'd get a tracking number, but still nothing. Every time I ask, I just hear that they'll contact me when they have updates, and they thank me for my patience. I mentioned I needed the rest of my order by the 14th, but that didn’t happen. We had our family Christmas gathering, and since some relatives are from out of town, I had to pay extra to ship their gifts because of their error and lack of urgency. I won’t be ordering from them again; this was my first experience, and it was really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. This whole mess started on December 3, and now it’s the 16th. Not pleased at all.

Placed an order for 9x a puzzle. Received 1 puzzle wrote them was told they contacted the warehousing they were looking into it. With in 24 hours I had sent them pictures of what was sent. I was then told that they would ship the raining 8 items. This is a total rip-off. They often send you the wrong product, typically something way cheaper than what you actually wanted, and then they’ll try to deny you a refund. Seriously, check out the sellers on Amazon before making a purchase; these scams are becoming more frequent.

The last message I shot over to them was that my lawyer would be in touch if I didn’t see a confirmation email in the next 24 hours.
